Forthcoming Improvements

As mentioned in last month's newsletter, CoCredo have been working on some exciting systems improvements which were due to take place at the end of this month.

In October 2016 we commissioned an on-going independent review of the current market and global data providers available. Based on these findings, we are bringing together a larger number of data sources to offer even better, more predictive reports for our customers with additional features (for both UK and international reporting).

The transition to our new data providers and the testing of our reports is going well but taking slightly longer than anticipated in order to maintain our high standards. The team are doing their best to call every customer to discuss the changes and listen to each customers’ feedback.

Due to July and August being holiday season, we have been unable to contact as many of our customers as we would have liked, therefore we have postponed the transition until 30th September 2017 to give us the chance to speak to as many of you as possible.

At CoCredo we take pride in aiming to give our customers the best credit reports in the industry and our goal will always be to supply you with the best available data in each country.
