Improvements to your CoCredo account and capabilities

We are always thinking of ways in which we can make our service better and more relevant to the customers that we serve, resulting in some recent improvements being made to our website whereby Managers can now reset the International and Company Documents quota on their CoCredo account themselves. 

  1. Log in to your CoCredo account
  2. Click on "Company Profile"
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the webpage
  4. Click on "Reset Usage" for the relevant quota type

Please note, this facility is only available for Managers. If you wish to upgrade any of the Users on your account to Managers then please contact the Helpdesk team or your Account Manager.
