Happy New Year to all our customers and friends. As the current COVID-19 situation worsens, the CoCredo team will continue to work remotely from home with full access to emails and telephone. All the team (including customer service and our Account Managers) will continue to be on hand to help with any queries you may have, and our online portal will continue to be available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Some of our team have children who are now at home, so please bear with us if you hear any background noise. We will, of course, try to keep this to a minimum.
If you are not already aware we are currently offering all customers who have weekly monitoring an upgrade to daily monitoring. If you wish to activate this, please let your Account Manager know.
