We have recently rolled out a ‘help form’ on our reports. This has previously been available on our Dual Reports and enables the user to send a query directly to our customer service team about the report the user is viewing. The customer service team will see details of the report that has been run alongside the user’s query, allowing them to provide quick and accurate assistance.
In addition to these, we have also added a function to show when a report was last run on the report selection page. When a user is choosing a report to run on a particular company, the system now shows when a report on the desired company was last run. This way you can easily see if one of your colleagues has already run the report you are about to run.
