Two Factor Authentication

The security of our systems and protecting our customers is a priority for us at CoCredo. With this in mind, we have upgraded our service and have introduced two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to our system for customers. This is an optional function that can be enabled on customer accounts.

When 2FA is enabled on a customer account, users will be periodically asked to complete a second step in the login authentication process after they have entered their username/email and password. This will entail a short access code that will be sent by email to the registered email address for that user, which will allow access to the CoCredo system.

The use of 2FA is another enhancement that we can use to significantly reduce the risk of unauthorised access to user accounts.

This service can be switched on by anyone who has access to edit their company account. If you have any issues with how to do this please contact your Account Manager or Customer Services on 01494 790600.
