“We have been using the majority of CoCredo's products and services since 2010, but our main focus is credit reporting.
We have direct links from our CRM system to our reports, which greatly improves efficiency. Our account manager has always been available if needed and will come and visit us if a more in-depth conversation is ever required. Should we ever need to contact the Customer Service team, they are extremely friendly and helpful, and any issues are resolved quickly. The user interface is very simple and intuitive to use. When credit checking, our default report is level 3 for new customers, in the majority of situations, this is adequate for setting up credit accounts. We keep a record of the recommended limit via monitoring; when customers exceed this or wish to spend more, we run a Dual Report.

CoCredo has been my choice for many years using their amazing product to great effect. Importantly they are a business that understands the CRA market very well and listens to what the end users require, holding regular user groups which have brought about useful amendments and outputs which are quickly available.
The dual reports are particularly useful especially if you have credit insurance in place. Their customer service interface with the user is second to none. Their product is always user friendly and accurate, and I cannot recall any outages or issues. I once referred to them as being a disruptor .......and this is still the case.
