We have direct links from our CRM system to our reports, which greatly improves efficiency. Our account manager has always been available if needed and will come and visit us if a more in-depth conversation is ever required. Should we ever need to contact the Customer Service team, they are extremely friendly and helpful, and any issues are resolved quickly. The user interface is very simple and intuitive to use. When credit checking, our default report is level 3 for new customers, in the majority of situations, this is adequate for setting up credit accounts. We keep a record of the recommended limit via monitoring; when customers exceed this or wish to spend more, we run a Dual Report.
