Dan Hancocks

Managing Director

Dan joined CoCredo in 2003 and took over complete ownership in 2015. He loves working with an amazing group of people who he considers to be part of his extended family and works with some great customers, suppliers and partners. He believes in having a lot of fun whilst working hard every day. As you may have experienced…Dan likes to talk...he’d much rather speak to someone than read an email or letter. When he says “I need 5 minutes of your time” …. That normally means 20!!

Mike Padmore

Technical Director

Mike has been our Technical Director since 2014 and worked as a contractor, as a programmer and a systems developer, working with CoCredo for 10 years prior to that. Mike knows the business inside out and is the brains behind our website and amazing systems. Mike enjoys a wide range of different challenges that he faces every day as, in his words, ‘it keeps life entertaining!’ Mike loves his peace and quiet, hence why he doesn’t work in the office – instead he works from his home in Cornwall!

David Boots

Sales Manager

David joined CoCredo back in 2015 as our Sales Manager. His background is in Customer Operations in Geological software. His responsibilities are to ensure that the team have all the tools and support they need to achieve their goals. He likes the fact that every day at CoCredo is different and that he can see the contribution that he makes to the team. In his spare time, David helps to coach the local junior rugby team and is also partial to telling a lot of dad jokes!!

Rachel Smith

Partner Manager

Rachel joined us in October 2019. She previously worked in the travel industry for 25 years, with her last job being Groups Co-Ordinator for a tour operator. In this role she managed group bookings, from liaising and planning the itinerary right through the process until they travelled. She also dealt with anything that could arise during their trip and any aftercare required. At CoCredo Rachel will be working in a dual role as Partner Manager and Accounts Manager and she is very much looking forward to building long standing relationships with her customers. Outside of work Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves travelling and has been lucky enough to have travelled to some of the most beautiful places in the world through her work and with family.

Diana Kaiser

Customer Services

Diana’s role at CoCredo is Customer Service Administrator, covering for Emma whilst she is on maternity leave. Before starting at CoCredo Diana spent a year getting her family settled after their move from Johannesburg in South Africa to the UK. Prior to her move, she worked at Rotork Africa in a customer service role. Having been at CoCredo only a short while, her first impressions are the closeness of the team, and how the entire team is very warm and welcoming. Outside of work Diana enjoys spending time with family, escaping to the great outdoors and catching up on TV series. She doesn’t mind what genre as long as its good and captivating BUT not horror or clowns!

Emma Irving

Customer Service Manager

Emma joined CoCredo in April 2016 as a Customer Service Advisor assisting our customers with any queries they may be facing. Coming from the travel industry she has travelled the world whilst working as an Airhostess for Emirates and Thomas Cook. She loves that the team at CoCredo feel like her friends rather than colleagues, which makes coming to work a lot more enjoyable!   

Lisa Boots

Account Manager

Lisa has been at CoCredo since October 2011 and came from the PR industry working as an Office Manager. She was also a beauty therapist before that. Working as a Corporate Account Manager Lisa enjoys building good relationships with her customers and looking after them. Lisa is known in the office for her amazing organisational skills, pretty nails and creative drawing!

Louise Coleman

Account Manager

Louise joined the CoCredo team in November 2014. She previously worked for a family-run estate agents as a Senior Negotiator. Louise thrives on looking after her customers, to ensure all their requirements and needs are met and help them protect/prevent their company from any bad debt. She also plays a role in the growth of the business. Louise is known in the office for her falling over skills. She once walked into the office and fell down the step making a dramatic entrance that will never be topped!!

Luke Andrews

Account Manager

Luke is the newest recruit to join CoCredo as a Corporate Account Manager. He previously worked at UK Parking Control Limited where he was an Appeals Executive. Luke trained at the Berkshire College of Agriculture where he studied Animal behaviour and Welfare and loves all animals, although he's not so keen on insects! Luke is a big music fan and loves going to gigs of every kind! Drum & bass, metal, indie, classic rock, 80's electronic, he's done it all! He is a self-professed 'karaoke legend' although we have yet to witness his talents! We will have to wait for the Christmas party to find out!

Michelle Muggeridge

Account Manager

Michelle recently joined us in the role of Corporate Account Manager - helping customers to find the best solutions for their business. She is looking forward to working with the great team at CoCredo and feeling part of the family. Her background is in account management, sales, and customer services within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Outside of work Michelle enjoys going to Zumba, swimming and loves shopping especially for bags and shoes! She is trained as a Beauty Therapist but didn’t pursue it as a career. It is handy for when friends and family would like a pedicure though!

Jane Bray

Marketing Manager

Jane started in May 2017 as the Marketing Manager. She has worked in Marketing and PR for over 15 years in various sectors including technology, hotels and education. She loves the friendly office environment and her varied role.  Jane enjoys spending her weekends with her family and friends and loves holidays in the UK and abroad. She is a keen baker and likes making cakes, although she hates going to the gym to burn them off!!

Saskia Knight


Saskia joined CoCredo in January 2015. Her background is in Finance, mainly Property Development. Her job involves all things financial from invoices, collecting payments, managing accounts and credit control – in fact, we’d be lost without her! One of the most rewarding parts of the job for Saskia “…is when money comes in that I have been chasing, sad I know!!” Her passion is holidays and accounts for her all year round tan! She loves to pop into the office when she’s not away!!

Andrius Stanaitis

Coldfusion Developer

Andrius joined CoCredo from the recruitment sector where he worked as a web developer. He has come on board as a ColdFusion Developer, helping our Technical Director to develop the features and functions of our website. Andrius is hoping to make a positive impact on the products and services on offer to our clients, as well as to the overall efficiency and strength of the business. At home, he loves to play the guitar, 'though after many years I am still learning to play it!' In his teens he was a champion of Lithuania in discus throwing... we're impressed!!
