Dan Hancocks

Managing Director

Dan joined CoCredo in 2003 and took over complete ownership in 2015. He loves working with an amazing group of people who he considers to be part of his extended family and works with some great customers, suppliers and partners. He believes in having a lot of fun whilst working hard every day. As you may have experienced…Dan likes to talk...he’d much rather speak to someone than read an email or letter. When he says “I need 5 minutes of your time” …. That normally means 20!!

Mike Padmore

Technical Director

Mike has been our Technical Director since 2014 and worked as a contractor, as a programmer and a systems developer, working with CoCredo for 10 years prior to that. Mike knows the business inside out and is the brains behind our website and amazing systems. Mike enjoys the wide range of different challenges that he faces everyday as, in his words, ‘it keeps life entertaining!’ Mike loves his peace and quiet, hence why he doesn’t work in the office – instead he works from his home in Cornwall!

David Boots

Sales Manager

David joined CoCredo back in 2015 as our Sales Manager. His background is in Customer Operations in Geological software. His responsibilities are to ensure that the team have all the tools and support they need to achieve their goals. He likes the fact that every day at CoCredo is different and that he can see the contribution that he makes to the team. In his spare time David helps to coach the under 11’s local rugby team and is also partial to telling a lot of dad jokes!!

Jane Bray

Marketing Manager

Jane is one of our newest recruits and started in May 2017 as the Marketing Manager. She has worked in Marketing and PR for over 15 years in various sectors including technology, hotels and education and is looking forward to a new challenge at CoCredo. She loves the office environment and her new role. Jane is a keen baker and loves making cakes, although she hates going to the gym to burn them off!!

Joanne Day

Partner Manager

Jo is our new Partner Manager and has worked at CoCredo since 2009. She loves the people here first and foremost and enjoys interacting with the customers, helping them find the best solution for their business and creating bespoke quotes. She also enjoys the customer service aspect of account managing. Jo loves a natter and a bit of banter, she is the person people go to if they need someone to talk to. She’s also delivered 9 babies!!

Saskia Knight


Saskia joined CoCredo in January 2015. Her background is in Finance, mainly Property Development. Her job involves all things financial from invoices, collecting payments, managing accounts and credit control – in fact we’d be lost without her! One of the most rewarding parts of the job for Saskia “…is when money comes in that I have been chasing, sad I know!!” Her passion is holidays and accounts for her all year round tan! She loves to pop into the office when she’s not away!!

Gemma Brown

Customer Services

Coming from a role in Telecommunications as a Customer Service Representative, Gemma joined the CoCredo team in April 2016. Her role as Customer Service Administrator gives her the chance to work closely with our customers and help them with any queries they may have, plus she enjoys working with a great team. Gemma is known in the office for her love of Westlife. Her mouse mat even pays homage to the Irish boyband. (No one tell her they’ve spilt up!!)

Emma Irving

Customer Services

Emma joined CoCredo in April 2016 as a Customer Service Advisor assisting our customers with any queries they may be facing. Coming from the travel industry she has travelled the world whilst working as an Airhostess for Emirates and Thomas Cook. She loves that the team at CoCredo feel like her friends rather than colleagues, which makes coming to work a lot more enjoyable! Emma recently got married and was a beautiful blushing bride.  

Lisa Boots

Account Manager

Lisa has been at CoCredo since October 2011 and came from the the PR industry working as an Office Manager. She was also a beauty therapist before that. Working as a Corporate Account Manager Lisa enjoys building good relationships with her customers and looking after them. Lisa is known in the office for her amazing organisational skills, pretty nails and creative drawing!

Louise Coleman

Account Manager

Louise joined the CoCredo team in November 2014. She previously worked for a family run estate agents as a Senior Negotiator. Louise thrives on looking after her customers, to ensure all their requirements and needs are met and help them protect/prevent their company from any bad debt. She also plays a role in the growth of the business. Louise is known in the office for her falling over skills. She once walked in to the office and fell down the step making a dramatic entrance that will never be topped!!

Josh Edwards

Account Manager

Josh started with CoCredo in May 2017. He previously worked in Customer Service with a hint of recruitment thrown in for good measure! He has joined the team in as a Corporate Account Manager and is enjoying the CoCredo family vibe in the office. He loves the fact that there is never a dull moment and that he is constantly learning something new. Josh apparently makes a mean banana cake…something we are still waiting to try!

Andrius Stanaitis

Coldfusion Developer

Andrius joined CoCredo from the recruitment sector where he worked as a web developer. He has come onboard as a ColdFusion Developer, helping our Technical Director to develop the features and functions of our website. Andrius is hoping to make a positive impact to the products and services on offer to our clients, as well as to the overall efficiency and strength of the business. At home he loves to play the guitar, 'though after many years I am still learning to play it!' In his teens he was a champion of Lithuania in discus throwing... we're impressed!!

Natalie Harrison

Customer Services

Natalie is our newest recruit. She previously worked in a management role at a Maths and English tuition centre. Here at CoCredo she will be working as a Customer Service Administrator and will be liaising with our customers daily and carrying out administrative duties to assist the team. She is looking forward to learning more about UK, International and Dual Credit Reports. In her spare time Natalie loves to sing and hopes to setup her very own recording booth at home so she can produce her own music!
