Dan takes part in Forums International Publishing and Media forum

Dan was delighted to present at the Forums International Publishing and Media Credit Forum on 17th March alongside some fantastic guest speakers. The forum was solely aimed at the publishing and media industries and looked in detail at the changing landscape in these sectors during the past year. Amongst the guests were James Duvall from the British Association for Screen Entertainment gave us an insight into consumer engagement for media, including music and film.

The lovely Gemma from Customer Services left this week to go on maternity leave. She is having a well-earned break before her bundle of fun arrives in March. Emma, who has been working alongside Gemma in a part-time capacity, will now work full-time in the role, so you shouldn't see a difference in the level of service we offer our customers.
