CoCredo, a leading provider of business credit checks and reports, is excited to announce the launch of its advanced Hotlist Dashboard on our D.N.A (Dynamic Notification & Analysis) Risk Index & Credit Management Tool.
We are excited to unveil our newly enhanced Hotlist Dashboard, a direct result of the insightful feedback we gathered during our recent Working Better Together forums. This refined dashboard is designed to improve your experience, offering a more intuitive interface and advanced features that cater to your needs.
This powerful tool has been expertly designed to empower you to manage financial risk and your credit decision-making more effectively.
Our new Hotlist Dashboard is completely personalised based on your existing monitoring activity and sector analysis. It provides a clearer picture of the companies you work with and highlights other companies that may also interest you with the option of viewing or running additional reports or adding them to your monitoring list.
1. Our Monitored biggest movers: At the top of your dashboard, we will now highlight a combined list of the biggest movers in our monitored database, collating data from all the companies our customers monitor in the UK and Internationally (which is continuously updated). This brings attention to those companies that have seen the most significant rise or fall in risk score and can also be filtered to view the biggest movers over the last 1 – 15 days.
In addition, you can use our filtering feature, which allows you to deep-dive and monitor the activity of a long list of sectors (e.g., Construction, Education, and Manufacturing) by using our newly recreated 'All sectors' dropdown menu (shown in the blue circle below).
You can also click the ‘view more’ icon (shown in the yellow circle below) for a more expansive list of all monitored companies. If you wish to view the report on that business, click on the company name, and you will have the option to run a full report and add it to your monitoring list.
2. Your Monitored Biggest Movers (available to Monitoring users only): In a similar format to ‘Our Monitored Biggest Movers’ this is specific to ‘Your Monitored Biggest Movers’ and is a personalised list of companies that you are monitoring. This again brings attention to those companies that have seen the most significant rise or fall in risk score across your credit monitoring portfolio. It can also be filtered to view the biggest movers over the last 1 – 15 days. You can click on the 'view more' icon (the yellow circle in the image below) for a more expansive list or click on the company name to pull a fresh report or add to D.N.A.
3. D.N.A. Refresh (available to D.N.A users only): For users of our D.N.A Portfolio Tool, we have moved the four option tabs that were below the right-hand side of the pie charts. We have then added our ‘Chart Legends’ so it now simply displays the detailed breakdown and visual charts.
In addition, you can now click on the pie chart icon (shown in the red circle in the image below) to change the charts and select from a range of options, plus your internal reference data, so that you can choose which charts you would like to see and analyse. Our advanced system will remember your chart selection the next time you log in, so you won’t have to adjust them again unless you choose to.
To make better use of the available space on your Dashboard, we have also tabled your portfolios next to each other, which we feel improves the look and feel of managing multiple portfolios.
If you don’t currently have access to D.N.A., please contact your Account Manager today, and they will be happy to add this feature for you at the click of a button. More and more of our customers are utilising D.N.A daily to manage ledgers and portfolios of companies they work with. It is simple to use and a smart addition that can interact with your internal data to create a more transparent and accurate risk profile.
