CoCredo’s MD, Dan Hancocks, says, “The latest insolvency figures provide some encouraging signs, with company insolvencies in June lower than the same period last year. However, many businesses are still operating in a challenging environment, with ongoing pressures around costs, cash flow and maintaining healthy margins.

"While the headline numbers may suggest some improvement, businesses should remain proactive when managing credit risk. Understanding the financial position of customers and suppliers, monitoring changes and identifying potential warning signs early can make a significant difference in protecting cash flow and supporting long-term growth."
